My
name is Marcus Davin. My nickname is Kiwi because I am originally
from New Zealand.
Kiwi
Pen and Ink is dedicated to making your occasion and special
one by memorializing it with a piece of one-of-a-kind art.
Hand calligraphy is a time-honored tradition - a tradition
that I have spent 20 years learning and practicing.
From
humble beginnings, I started out 20+ years ago using a Ken
Brown pen set and practicing at my kitchen table. After many
hours I developed a style of my own, based on Old English calligraphy,
that you will see as you view the examples found in my website.
In
addition to practicing and learning this skill, I have had the pleasure
of teaching others this art at our local Michael's
The Arts & Craft Store©.
To
help you with your special event, I am also able to engrave a variety
of materials (using a high speed air drill from Profitable
Hobbies) such as wood, glass, metal, plastic. I can also engrave
bottles of wine & Champagne, upon request.
